Here is the finished product. I added the oar at the last minute, so the photos of the cake with the oar are not as good. But I thought the canoe needed a little something extra.

Babbit's Birthday Cake

This cake was created with the help of the Miller, Kinnamon, and Hendershot families. I colored large balls of fondant and let the kids imaginations run wild. Their only direction was to make something that Grandma likes. And guess what? Grandma loved this cake!
