These cute little back-to-school cupcakes have books and chocolate sprinkles.
- I rolled white fondant out thinly and cut two rectangles placing one on top of the other; I folded them over to make four pages.
- I then colored fondant with various colors and cut thicker, larger rectangles to wrap around as book covers; I scored each on the left to look like binding.
- I piped white icing on each cupcake in an inward swirl.
- I added chocolate sprinkle for color.
