I saw these on Family Fun and made them for a few guys in my office on the last day of Hanukkah. They are Fig Newtons with gel icing. The magazine used pretzel sticks but I didn't have any so I used coffee stirrers as the handle.

Darin loves going to the beach, he loves golfing and he works for Coca Cola. So we designed a special cake for him that incorporates all of his favorite things. I'm in love with all the fun details. I hope he enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it.
