Petit Fours

They are a lot harder than they look... It's covering them with the icing that I'm going to have to find a secret trick to before I attempt these again. But they are yummy and very, very sweet!

I've never attempted petit fours, I think you did a great job for your first try!

You might want to try this:

Place them on a wire cooling rack over a tray and pour the icing over them. Scoop up the run-off icing and pour it again. (It may need to be warmed up again.)
